We mourn the passing of a beloved leader, mentor, and faithful servant of God, Rev. Dr. Antonina “Nina” Arroyo. She has finished her race and entered the Lord's glorious presence.
Rev. Dr. Nina Arroyo was an influential leader in the Women’s Ministries of the Southern Pacific District, a loving and generous contributor to the LABI College community, and an inspiration to countless lives. Her unwavering faith, compassionate spirit, and dedication to the Kingdom of God left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

LABI College had the honor of awarding her an honorary doctorate in recognition of her lifelong commitment to ministry and education. Year after year, she blessed our students with Christmas gifts through the Women’s Ministries, a tradition our students eagerly anticipated. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for future ministry leaders will never be forgotten.
Though our hearts grieve this significant loss, we find comfort in knowing she has received her eternal reward. Her legacy of faith and service will continue to inspire generations to come.
"Dr. Nina Arroyo was one of LABI College’s greatest advocates and supporters. During some of the most challenging times of my tenure—especially in the early years—Dr. Nina provided guidance, mentorship, and prayers, covering me, my leadership team, and our students. She and her family also contributed both personally and financially to bless our college, doing so consistently and with great generosity. We are grateful for her gentleness, love, care, and the many contributions she made throughout her life."
-Dr. Marty Harris - President of LABI College

We extend our deepest condolences to her beloved husband, Rev. Nemias Arroyo, their children, grandchildren, and the entire Arroyo family. May the Lord’s peace and strength uphold them in this time of sorrow.
Rev. Dr. Nina Arroyo, you will be deeply missed, but your impact will live on until we meet again in glory.
